Ему инкриминируют рукоприкладство: по версии следствия, в 2022–2024 годах парламентарий систематически поколачивал знакомую, с которой состоял в близких отношениях, а 14 июня он вновь изрядно избил женщину и угрожал ей убийством. Зампред краевого парламента, которому грозит лишение свободы, ранее заявлял, что не знает эту женщину, а всю историю считает провокацией.

"Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
