СК России возбудил уголовное дело в отношении прокурора и судей Международного уголовного суда.
В ведомстве заявили, что судьи МУС вынесли незаконное решение об «аресте» президента России и детского омбудсмена Марии Львовы-Беловой.
Дело завели по статьям озаведомо незаконном заключении под стражу, а также приготовлении к нападению на представителя иностранного государства, пользующегося международной защитой, с целью осложнения международных отношений (ч. 2 ст. 301, ч. 1 ст. 30 ч. 2 ст. 360 УК).
