Роскомнадзор предоставил разъяснения относительно процедуры регистрации владельцев каналов, имеющих более 10 тыс. подписчиков.

В соответствии с Федеральным законом №303-ФЗ от 8 августа 2024 года, все страницы в социальных сетях, блоги и каналы в РФ, имеющие более 10 тыс. подписчиков, должны предоставлять информацию о себе в Роскомнадзор.

С 1 ноября 2024 года, согласно закону №303-ФЗ, владельцы таких ресурсов обязаны предоставлять в Роскомнадзор данные, которые позволяют идентифицировать их личность.

Владелец регистрируемого ресурса должен подать заявление на регистрацию. Эта опция доступна как для физических, так и для юридических лиц через портал Госуслуг с использованием учётной записи владельца.
