* Пока не начали, скажу про худшее, на мой взгляд, нововведение из майских изменений 2024 года – упрощенка (или документарка?) по установлению требований с возможностью объявления только резолютивной части.
Теперь если нет мотивированного решения, будет невозможно понять, что там за требование, когда оно возникло.
Как в такой ситуации его оспаривать, например, от имени КДЛ, привлеченного к субсидиарке? Как возражать по дате объективного банкротства, если скрытыми являются обстоятельства возникновения требований кредиторов?
