Ингредиенты: Морковь Яблоко Масло на выбор: оливковое/виноградной косточки/арбузное/посолнечное/тыквенное и др.
Способ приготовления: Морковь и яблоко очищаем от кожуры, трем на крупной терке (можно на мелкой, просто Деля не ест такую текстуру особо), поливаем маслом - можно оливковым, а я использовала масло виноградной косточки из этого набора , даем постоять 5-7 минут чтобы яблоко и морковь выделили сок и все 😉
