The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
