Об этом во вторник в Исламабаде заявил премьер Госсовета КНР Ли Цян.
Ли Цян сделал соответствующее заявление во время встречи с премьер-министром Таджикистана Кохиром Расулзодой на полях 23-го заседания Совета глав правительств государств-членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества /ШОС/.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
