Мещанский суд Москвы постановил передать в доход государства активы более 40 компаний, связанных с Алексеем Хотиным, сообщает ТАСС.
Суд удовлетворил иск Федеральной службы судебных приставов, и теперь в распоряжение государства переходят активы таких компаний, как «Мосмебель», «Капитолий», «Опытный механический завод», офисные комплексы «Красный богатырь», Loft Ville, Cherry Tower, «Фаворит», а также торговые центры «Горбушкин двор», «Филион» и др.

This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
