В ряде регионов Дальневосточного федерального округа с начала года спрос на дальневосточный гектар вырос в 1,5-2 раза. В Топ-5 регионов по приросту вошли Бурятия (+96%), Сахалин (+80%), Якутия (+54%), Еврейская автономная область (+41%) и Приморский край (+31%).
За восемь месяцев 2024 года заключено 9,5 тысяч договоров безвозмездного пользования землей. По сравнению с прошлым годом спрос на дальневосточный и арктический гектар вырос на 35% (в 2023 году рост составил 7,8%).

Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
