Мы живем в экстремальных природно-климатических условиях. Каждая зима для нас - выживание. Если бы в системе ЖКХ, энергетике все было бы нормально и то начальство должно было показывать, что они бдят. Днем и ночью. А тут авария за аварией, а наш начальник, т.е. Ил Дархан Айсен Николаев ловит рыбу. Пусть бы себе ловил, Б-г ему судья, но зачем это показывать всем - "завидуйте молча" что ли?
