⚡️Кратко по итогам заседания Комитета Госдумы по экологии, в том числе на тему проваленного нацпроекта «Оздоровление Волги» за 127 млрд рублей.

142 объекта по проекту «Оздоровление Волги» ещё предстоит доделать [из 145]; Не завершены объекты и не достигнуты показатели по проекту «Сохранение озера Байкал» (с) Дмитрий Кобылкин

Ну и я остаюсь при своем мнении. Дело надо довести до конца. То, как шла реализация нацпроекта, это беспредел, диверсия и саботаж. За СЕМЬ месяцев работы Инцидента по Волге и Байкалу - просто жевание жвачки. Дорожные карты, мусорные документы, много-много слов ... и ноль подвижек.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
