Урюпинский городской суд отложил судебное заседание по перережиму с колонии поселения на колонию общего режима для правозащитника Игоря Нагавкина на начало марта. «Адвокат сообщил, что сегодняшнее заседание по перережиму отложено на начало марта. 5 февраля суд по КАС принял к производству уточненное исковое заявление Игоря о незаконности наложенных на него взысканий. Если бы этого не произошло, то сегодняшний суд уже мог бы отправить его в колонию общего режима, потому что решение о перережиме принимается на основе решения о законности взысканий, наложенных ЛИУ-23 на Нагавкина.
