⚙️ Суд в Москве признал постановление Сингапурского арбитражного центра по иску АО «Силовые машины» к вьетнамской госкомпании Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam)
Арбитраж в Сингапуре в ноябре 2023 г. взыскал с PetroVietnam ~$422,6 млн, ~8,4 млрд руб, >507 тыс евро и >14,5 млрд вьетнамских донгов (>48,6 млрд руб) по контракту на строительство ТЭС «Лонг Фу-1». Кроме того, с вьетнамской компании в пользу российской было взыскано ~333 млн руб расходов на арбитраж в различных валютах.
Петербургское АО «Силмаш» по контракту 2013 г. строило два энергоблока по 600 МВт стоимостью $930,6 млн, отвечая за проектирование и поставку основного оборудования и организацию финансирования. Вьетнамская PTSC занималась общестроительными работами стоимостью $204 млн. Заказчик проекта – PetroVietnam.
После применения к «Силовым машинам» в 2018 г. американских санкций проект строительства ТЭС был остановлен. В 2019 г. «Силмаш» с целью компенсации расходов, начал арбитраж в Сингапуре, который завершился его победой. Арбитражный суд Москвы признал и обязал привести в исполнение в РФ постановление сингапурского арбитража. А40-20468/2024

But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
