Бердский горсовет по итогам конкурса утвердил в должности мэра Семена Лапицкого.
Лапицкий – коммерческий директор строительной компании "Специализированный застройщик "СтройРегионСервис" и заместитель председателя совета депутатов Бердска.
Документы на участие в конкурсе по выбору мэра Бердска Лапицкий подал в последний день. В финал конкурса, помимо него, прошли замглавы Искитима Вячеслав Бесхлебный и пенсионер Александр Трушакин. В итоге Семена Лапицкого утвердили единогласно голосами всех присутствовавших на сессии депутатов.
Должность мэра Бердска была вакантной с декабря 2024 года, когда прежний глава города Роман Бурдин перешел на работу в правительство Новосибирской области, где возглавил министерство региональной политики.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
