Материалы космической съемки ESRI ArcGIS Imagery уровня z19 (0.6 м)
в разграфке карт м-ба 1:100 000 (Квадраты 40х40 км). Только спутник.
Покрытие обновлено материалами космической съемки конца 2023 года.
Наборы mbtiles с тайлами в формате WebP.
Пирамида всех обзорных уровней z4 - z19.
Все уровни обрезаны по границам квадрата, с небольшим взаимным
перекрытием на один тайл уровня z19. За границами квадрата наборы прозрачны.
Размеры квадратов mbtiles с форматом WebP с сжатием 75% - по 500-1000 Мб, почти в 2!!! раза меньше, чем mbtiles с JPG!

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
