Понятное дело, что товарищ просто пиарится, т.к. ничем больше не отличился, кроме своей оппозиционной газеты, но это скорее минус, чем плюс. Ему не нужна правда, нужна - сенсация и хайп! И вот сейчас он продолжает сеять панику среди жителей области. Считаю, что такое поведение недопустимо среди депутатов. Захаров должен разбираться в вопросе, а не истерить как рыночная хабалка. По уму, такого товарища должны выкинуть из думы за утрату доверия. Паникеры, в и так сложное время, стране не нужны.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
