В отношении местного жителя возбуждено уголовное дело за незаконное хранение наркотиков.

30-летний житель Городовиковска обнаружил в степи поселка Лазаревский дикорастущую коноплю, собрал её и хранил у себя дома для личного использования.

Согласно результатам экспертизы, изъятое вещество является наркотическим средством – каннабисом (марихуаной) массой более 134 граммов.

В отношении подозреваемого применена мера процессуального принуждения. Возбуждено уголовное дело по части 2 статьи 228 УК РФ.
