Перспективы развития торговли между регионами, это хорошо. Но конкретно для камчатцев очень важно то, что теперь Северный завоз для предпринимателей будет обходиться дешевле. Соответственно, и продукция для жителей отдалённых северных районов Камчатки станет доступней.
