Есть доменное имя и площадка для недорогой заказухи, есть мутный человек Ремчуков, который ходит на Эхо. То есть в целом совсем какая-то ерунда. Но по всем бумагам с точки зрения Кремля нет разницы между Ремчуковым и, скажем, Желонкиным. Или тем же Венедиктовым. А относительно Тимченко и Колпакова (или Сиирнова) Ремчуков вообще гораздо статуснее. При том что Медуза существует, а Независимая нет.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
