Ставка будет увеличиваться постепенно: до 2% в 2026 году, до 5% — с 2029 года. Налог затронет предпринимателей и юридических лиц, занимающихся гостиничным бизнесом, и будет поступать в местный бюджет.
Ранее президент России Владимир Путин подписал закон, который позволяет муниципалитетам вводить туристический налог вместо курортного сбора. Некоторые категории граждан, включая участников спецоперации, от уплаты освобождены.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
