Запустить производство целлюлозно-бумажной продукции из вторичного сырья объемом 8 тысяч тонн тарного картона и 28,8 млн единиц бугорчатой тары в год планируется к 2024 году.
Также правительство расширило границы ТОР "Южная" в Сахалинской области под строительство цементного завода мощностью 700 тысяч тонн в год, агропромышленного парка, логистического центра для хранения продовольственных товаров и переработки сельхозпродукции с распределительным центром в Южно-Сахалинске и многофункционального морского порта с нефтяным, газовым и угольным терминалами. Суммарный объем инвестиций в создание этих объектов составит 42,6 млрд рублей.
