اداره کل روابط عمومی استانداری خراسان رضوی: 🔹 بر اساس مصوبه کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی ؛ فعالیت کلیه ادارات دولتی، موسسات عمومی، بانکها، مدارس، دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی استان خراسان رضوی به استثنای مراکز امدادی، درمانی؛ خدماتی و شعب منتخب بانک ها در روز شنبه بیستم بهمن ماه تعطیل می باشد. 🔹ضرورتا لازم است سیستم های گرمایشی و روشنایی مراکز مذکور تا زمان فعالیت مجدد خاموش باشد.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
