Как сообщает Корпорация развития региона, подрядная организация в январе приступила к инженерно-геодезическим изысканиям. Сейчас специалисты проводят натурные измерения. Результаты изысканий и полученные топографо-геодезические материалы лягут в основу проекта планировки территории. Передать их Корпорации исполнитель, ООО «Центр инженерных изысканий», должен до конца марта 2025 года
После этого Корпорация развития займётся подготовкой проектов планировки и межевания участков для «Белой Дюны»

The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
