Сыктывкарский городской суд установил, что сотрудники министерства здравоохранения республики в 2022 году закупили оборудование, не являющееся медицинскими изделиями в том понимании, которое придается этому понятию положениями статьи 38 Федерального закона. Министерство тогда оплатило контракты по поставке серверов и компьютерных систем сбора и архивирования данных ангиографии, не являющихся медицинскими изделиями, в сумме 3,2 млн рублей.
Заявки на кассовый расход были подписаны заместительницей министра здравоохранения Республики Коми Татьяной Марунич. С апреля 2024 года она занимает должность и. о. министра.
