По данным SHOT ПРОВЕРКИ, накануне в городе Кунгур сразу 14 человек (среди них четверо детей) обратились в местные больницы с острым отравлением. Все они покупали шаурму в киоске SHAURMA COSMOS на улице Коммуны.
Десять человек пришлось госпитализировать, включая двух детей — 13 и 15 лет. Остальным удалось оказать помощь сразу и отпустить домой.
Владелец шаурмички — 32-летний кальянный рэпер местный предприниматель Шухрат Имовов, ему грозит два года колонии по ч. 1 с. 238 УК РФ «Оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности». Оба киоска с шаурмой (второй — на Голованова) закрыты, Роспотребнадзор проводит проверку и экспертизы.
Помимо шаурмы, у Имавова в Кунгуре своя гостиница и барбершоп.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
