В феврале 2023 года краевые власти и ООО «Пермь-Арена», управляемое ФРПК, подписали концессионное соглашение о строительстве и эксплуатации многофункциональной спортивной арены. Арена будет представлять собой пятиэтажное здание с игровым полем размером 36 на 66 м. Объект позволит проводить в Прикамье соревнования и мероприятия международного уровня.
