Как сообщает СУ СКР по Пермскому краю, он признан виновным по п. «в» ч. 2 ст. 238 УК РФ (выполнение работ и оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности жизни или здоровья потребителей, повлекших по неосторожности смерть человека). 24 марта 2022 года с крыши дома, который обслуживала ООО УК «Владимирский» произошел сход снега. В результате происшествия была тяжело травмирована 15-летняя девочка, которая позднее скончалась в больнице. Бывший гендиректор ООО Сергей Харченко был приговорен к двум годам принудительных работ.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
