Суд в Санкт-Петербурге полностью удовлетворил иск надзорного ведомства к основателю холдинга Сергею Петрову, а также Delance Ltd и ООО «Рольф Моторс», которым принадлежат активы ГК.
Основанием для изъятия ценных бумаг стало то, что господин Петров, по версии прокуратуры, занимался бизнесом, будучи депутатом Госдумы. Ответчики доводы ГП отвергают, а саму ситуацию называют национализацией.
