В Духовное управление мусульман (ДУМ) России направлено прокурорское представление из-за фетвы о многоженстве, сообщили «Ъ» в Генпрокуратуре. Как рассказал источник, близкий к надзорному ведомству, в документе речь идет о том, что фетва нарушает положения Конституции, Семейного кодекса, а также федерального закона «О свободе совести и религиозных объединениях». Председателю ДУМ предложено устранить нарушения.
На прошлой неделе совет улемов (ученых-богословов) ДУМ России разрешил мусульманам заключать до четырех религиозных браков. Муфтий Москвы Ильдар Аляутдинов отмечал, что это допускается, если жена не может или не хочет рожать ребенка, а также в случае «сексуальной несовместимости» супругов. Муфтий шейх Равиль Гайнутдин заявил, что фетва защищает вдов и сирот погибших на спецоперации, а также не нарушает светское законодательство.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data.
