Малый бизнес Кузбасса сможет перейти на автоматическую уплату налога.
Заксобрание региона накануне приняло региональный закон «О введении в действие специального налогового режима «Автоматизированная упрощенная система налогообложения» (АУСН). В новом режиме налог исчисляется автоматически на основании данных уполномоченного банка, онлайн-кассы и личного кабинета налогоплательщика.
Применять АУСН с 1 января 2025 года смогут компании и ИП с годовым доходом менее 60 млн руб., с числом работников — не более 5 человек и остаточной стоимостью основных средств — не более 150 млн руб.
