Согласно законопроекту, за продажу энергетиков детям и подросткам вводятся штрафы:
▪️для физических лиц — в размере 30–50 тыс. руб., ▪️для должностных лиц — 100–200 тыс. руб., ▪️для юридических лиц — 300–500 тыс. руб.
В августе в России приняли закон о запрете продавать энергетические напитки детям, но в нем не были прописаны штрафы.

"We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
