Они предпочитают звонить, представляться оператором связи и грозить отключением сервиса. А потом просить у ошарашенного собеседника код из СМС, который поможет им зайти в аккаунт, заблокировать его и украсть все данные.
В общем, будьте бдительны. И почаще меняйте логины-пароли.
