РКН утвердил перечень из 89 стран, обеспечивающих адекватную защиту прав субъектов персональных данных. При всех «загниваниях» западных стран именно они и оказались в списке, который прикреплён к указу ведомства. Среди отмеченных государств – Швеция, Дания, Великобритания, Ирландия, Украина (!), Латвия, Литва и другие.
