ראש הממשלה בנימין נתניהו שוחח היום עם נשיא צרפת, עמנואל מקרון. ראש הממשלה אמר בשיחה כי הוא מתנגד להפסקת אש חד-צדדית, שלא משנה את מצב הביטחון בלבנון, ושרק תחזיר אותו לקדמותו. הוא הדגיש כי ישראל פועלת נגד ארגון הטרור חיזבאללה כדי שלא יוכל עוד לאיים על אזרחיה בגבול הצפון, וכדי לאפשר את חזרת תושבי הצפון לבתיהם בבטחה.
