🔹کاظم دبیر، معاون توسعه مدیریت و منابع استاندار اردبیل گفت: با موافقت استاندار محترم، با توجه به بارش برف و برودت هوا، آغاز به‌کار همه بانک‌ها، بخش‌های اداری دانشگاه‌ها و ادارات شهرستان‌های اردبیل، نیر، نمین، سرعین و مشکین‌شهر به غیر از مراکز امدادی و خدمات‌رسان در روز سه‌شنبه ۲۶ دی، با ۲ ساعت تأخیر و از ساعت ۹ صبح خواهد بود.
