Поделюсь рецептом смузи. Не совсем аппетитный цвет, но это вкусно. Необходимо: 🔘банан 2 шт 🔘шпинат 50 гр 🔘сельдерей 2 стебля 🔘черника 3 ст.л. 🔘вода 200 мл 🔘 можно добавить лимонный сок 1 ч.л.
