Мужчина был велосипедистом, 24 ноября он, пытаясь сократить дорогу до дома, решил проехать через реку, провалился под лед и утонул.

Все это время спасатели и водолазы искали тело погибшего, сейчас его поднимают на берег. А собака по кличке Белка ждала хозяина на берегу. Родственники мужчины пытались ее увести, но она возвращалась.

Собаку заберет к себе племянник погибшего.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
