It was a fact that in NS Germany there was religious freedom. The only real religions that were banned were judaism and Jehovah's witnesses organisations. Hitler himself had stated his hate for these sects and beliefs. What was however the religion of Adolf Hitler himself?
    Well we can not say for sure. He frequently criticised churches across Germany for being stuck and for going against science. He believed that it was the church that prevented a renaissance of ancient morals(mein kaumpf:2nd tome:chapter 5) and traditions. So we would have to exclude any option saying Hitler was a Christian.
    Did he believe however in German Paganism? Well despite the state at that time giving efforts to take Germany back to Paganism Hitler himself never really  found aligning whith native pagan faith.
     Concluding we can make a statement that Hitler was an agnostic often sceptical of Christianity however not aligning himself to paganism at the same time
