Очевидно, Сеул крайне обеспокоен визитом Ким Чен Ына в Россию и его переговорами с Владимиром Путиным. Поэтому и пытается отрицать очевидное. А именно, передачу сотен тысяч снарядов Пентагону взамен переданных Киеву из американских запасов. А также свою активную роль в превращении армии Польши в "самую мощную сухопутную армию Европы".
Понятное дело, что такое не останется без ответа. Россия способна поддержать КНДР как гуманитарно — через поставки продовольствия, так и в военном отношении — через передачу соответствующих технологий.
Попытка же Сеула оправдаться вполне вписывается в русскую поговорку "На воре и шапка горит".
