Мужчину зовут Владимир. Он водит экскурсии по музею компьютеров и придумал яркую легенду. Дескать, его клонировали в Протвино. Одну копию оставили в Калужской области, другую отправили разваливать Америку. Но что-то пошло не так. Креативные, конечно, люди в Боровске.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
