Игорь Абрамов по причине наличия эпилепсии был освобождён от службы в армии. Диагноз затем был подтверждён в 10-й больнице Рязани после ДТП.

Игорь Абрамов спокойно получил водительские права, представил фиктивную справку медосмотра и был допущен руководством клиники "Семейная" к проведению пластических операций, а также общехирургических вмешательств без лицензии, после чего зарезал досмерти или инвалидности нескольких женщин.
