Недавно здесь по программе «Регион для молодых» открылся молодёжный центр «Радуга». Посмотрели центр и пообщались с молодыми людьми – ребята открытые, активные. Они заинтересованы в том, чтобы делать свой регион лучше.
Вместе с заместителем министра науки и высшего образования РФ Ольгой Петровой, председателем правления Движения Первых Артуром Орловым и заместителем губернатора Тульской области Алексеем Давлетшиным встретились с ректорами региональных вузов. Продолжаем работать вместе!

Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
