Вот прошло пару часов и мы видим Сергея Владиленовича, после посещения исторических мест, в школе, которую отремонтировал и оборудовал Росатом. Сергей Кириенко передал сертификаты на получение компьютеров. В общем, как и предполагалось, социальное направление, никакой политики.
Сергей Кириенко давно занимается в России именно проблемными регионами и точками. Например, вопросом восстановления Донбасса. Поэтому логично, что в Абхазию направлен именно он.
Есть ощущение, что это не все события дня от первого замруководителя Администрации президента.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
