Суть в том, что в регионах существует вероятность конфликтов между армянами и азербайджанцами. Понятно, что такое ЧП будет квалифицироваться как межнациональное, а значит, идущее в негатив региону.
Да, внутриполитические блоки всегда уделяли много вниманию профилактики и недопустимости межнацконфликтов, но сейчас, автоматически, все регионы получили новую зону риска.
Странно, что нет заявлений региональных диаспор о необходимости сохранить мир внутри субъектов.
