Девушки выполнили просьбу, но это не спасло обвиняемого. Суд взял за основу предыдущие показания женщин, данных в ходе следствия, а мужчину приговорил к 7 годам строгого режима.
Адвокат так и не признал своей вины в подстрекательстве, а вот свидетельницы не стали второй раз влипать из-за него и во всём сознались.
Обвиняемым грозит наказание в виде обязательных работ до 480 часов либо исправительных работ на срок до двух лет.
