بر این مبنا دکتر مرتضی جعفرزاده و دکتر زنیره سلیمی با تایید کمیته‌ی نوروسایکیاتری انجمن، و هیات مدیره به عنوان رییس و دبیر کمیته در شاخه‌ی خراسان فعالیت خواهند نمود.
