💼 کارگاه "The Landscape of Research Literacy: A Journey from Primary to Secondary Studies" دیروز با حضور ۸۰ شرکت‌کننده از دو ملیت مختلف با موفقیت برگزار شد. این کارگاه به بررسی جامع جنبه‌های مختلف تحقیق، از مطالعات اولیه تا مطالعات ثانویه، پرداخت و به شرکت‌کنندگان فرصت داد تا با روش‌ها و رویکردهای نوین تحقیق آشنا شوند.

📚 دکتر فارسانی، سخنران اصلی، با ارائه مطالبی در مورد ترکیب پژوهش (research synthesis) و تحقیقات مبتنی بر تجربه، به تبیین اهمیت و پیچیدگی‌های فرآیند تحقیق پرداخت. وی با تاکید بر روش‌های نوین و کاربردی، شرکت‌کنندگان را به تفکر و بهبود مهارت‌های پژوهشی خود ترغیب کرد. این کارگاه به عنوان یک بستر علمی و آموزشی، زمینه‌ساز تبادل ایده‌ها و ارتقاء دانش پژوهشی حضار گردید.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
