🔵کارگاه آموزشی برنامه‌نویسی کوانتومی که با همکاری اطلس کوانتوم و انجمن رمز دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران در دانشکده ریاضی و علوم کامپیوتر برگزار شد، به مدت ۶ ساعت ادامه یافت.

🔴در ساعت نخست، خانم دکتر مشهدی، رئیس محترم دانشکده ریاضی و علوم کامپیوتر، ضمن خوشامدگویی به شرکت‌کنندگان محترم، آقای دکتر لاریجانی را به معرفی محاسبات کوانتومی و یادگیری ماشین کوانتومی دعوت کردند.

🔵بخش‌های دوم و سوم این کارگاه با ارائه کدنویسی عملی توسط آقای کوکانی، دانشجوی مقطع کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه تهران، به پایان رسید.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
