Віталій Кличко: Сьогодні від громади столиці передав Захисникам на фронт чергову партію допомоги

Бійцям 27-ї Печерської бригади Північного територіального командування Нацгвардії України вирушило необхідне оснащення – 45 систем протидії БпЛА всенаправленої дії "АПОСТОЛ". Це купольні системи РЕБ із розширеним діапазоном частот.

Минулого року Київ виділив цій бригаді з міського бюджету на оснащення 60 млн грн.

Столиця продовжує допомагати нашим Захисникам та Захисницям, знаходячи можливості і в бюджеті міста, і за небюджетні кошти.

Нагадаю, цього року Київрада вже спрямувала понад 5 млрд грн на підтримку Сил оборони та безпеки. Із них 4,9 млрд – на програму "Захисник Києва". Ці кошти підуть, зокрема, на безпілотники, автомобільну техніку, системи РЕБ та інше необхідне оснащення.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
