Данная ставка будет действовать с 1 января 2025 года. Минстрой РФ планирует направить в регионы письма о том, что ранее выставленные платежки со штрафами и пенями, рассчитанными по ключевой ставке 21 процент, должны быть признаны недействительными. ❗️Также в законопроекте устанавливается порог для сбора взносов по капитальному ремонту, после которого принудительно осуществляется переход со спецсчета «в общий котел». Этот порог составит 60 процентов.
